Final Assignment - Group Project

Here is your final project, due last week of April:

In groups of 3 you are to make a multi-media project utilizing all your acquired knowledge of Chinese language. The format could be a digital video, an animation, or simply a translation of a film/video using Chinese subtitles. The project must be between 5-10 minutes in length, with all three students taking equally active roles in its production. If you decide to act out a dialogue skit, each student must have equal camera time and amount of dialogue to be spoken.

You will be graded on your ability to use learned vocabulary, proper pronunciation and grammar, and overall creativity. Below are some examples of others' work. I'm sure you can all do a little better than this...

Kevin Andrew Chinese Conversation

Kevin and Andrew are 18 years old by the way,,, and already most of your pronounciations are much more fluent,,, Ni men tai hao le!

O.K., perhaps not as good as these two:

Back Dorm Boys 后舍男生

Remember, try to be as creative as you have time to do so. Think about using all available technology, PowerPoint, Flash, video editing softwares, still photography, claymation, etc, etc...

Further details will be provided in class.

Good Luck!
