情人节 Valentine's Day
虽然情人节是很有名, 韩国人庆祝了 ‘Pepero’ 天。这是非官方假日和它是相似情人节。 Pepero 是品牌的曲奇饼。 它是瘦和长杆。它使蘸巧克力。 Pepero 在一九八三年制作于 Lotte. pepero 是在十一月十一号因为他相似四杆的pepero. 朋友们和夫妇交换 Pepero。
根据一个故事 Pepero天在一九九四年中学学生们开始这个传统节日。他们交换Pepero 因为他们要增长高和像 Pepero。人们相信这个假日是创造由 Pepero的公司卖更多产品。我们也许是欺骗了由他们营销的计划。
韩国人有其他假日相似情人节。 有白色日。它在日本首先庆祝了。它也叫“答复日”。女孩在情人节给人礼物。一个月以后情人节人给女孩一个礼物。在四月十四好单身的人们吃黑色面条。这个日叫“黑色日”。

曼联队是一个英国足球队。他们 游戏英超赛。 目前 他们 是 第一 级 在英超赛。克里斯蒂亚诺罗纳尔多现在是他们的一个最佳的球员。当前有三十三个球员属于队。现在曼彻斯特联队的是在首要的同盟的排列的第一。队有许多球迷，有大约三百百万台球迷全世界。我喜欢曼彻斯特联队，因为他们赢很多他们的比赛，并且他们是其中一个顶面队在世界上。曼彻斯特联队的赢了他们在首要的同盟的前四场比赛并且仍然得了第一。

Cookie Recipe 
成份
• 1/2杯子酥松
1/2杯子脆的花生酱
• 1/2杯子白糖
• 1/2杯子被包装的红糖
• 1个鸡蛋
• 1 1/4杯子多用途面粉
• 3/4茶匙发面苏打
• 1/2茶匙发酵粉
• 1/4茶匙盐 方向1. 一起奶油酥松油治 。 在鸡蛋的敲打。 结合面粉、发面苏打、发酵粉和盐; 逐渐搅动入花生酱混合物。 盖并且冷藏面团至少一个小时。
2. 预先加热烤箱对375华氏度(190摄氏度)。 做小球面团。 铺平与在面粉浸洗的叉子横向形成样式。
3. 烘烤在10-12分钟在被预先加热的烤箱，或者直到设置。 从烤板去除冷却在电线支架。

Year of the OX, Obama, and Tai Ji in Schools
Happy New Year of the Ox!
The Ox ( 牛 ) is one of the 12-year cycle of animals which appear in the Chinese zodiac related to the Chinese calendar. The Year of the Ox is denoted by the earthly branch character 丑. In the Vietnamese zodiac, the water buffalo occupies the position of the ox.
In Chinese class today we learned the word president and Obama
总统， or 大总统 (zong3 tong3, da4 zong3 tong3)
Obama 的中文名字是什么？就是奥巴马！
We also talked a bit about the idea of "Incorporating Mind/Body Tools into Public Education to Save Trillions in Future Health Costs."
Looking forward to more Tai Ji at New Roads! Zai Jian!
